Seneschal: Lord Skarp-Heðin Sverðvarpnir (Deyel Dalziel-Charlier)

The Seneschal is the administrative head of the College. He is responsible for the College in regards to the Barony, and for whichever offices He has not already delegated.

Deputy Seneschal: Lady Caiomhe Circumnavigator (Alex Pardey)

The Deputy Seneschal is the administrative head of the College of St Augustine (University of NSW) and looks after the small, but steady membership there. She currently reports to the Seneschal of the College of St Ursula due to insufficient momentum of St Augustine.

Herald: Position Vacant (please contact the Seneschal) 

The Herald is responsible for matters of Heraldic nature; the submission of names and devices to the College of Arms, and the provision of Court and Field heraldry.

Arts & Sciences: Lady Svanhildr (Jasmine Fletcher)

The Arts and Sciences officer will help you to learn about the various Arts and Sciences pursued in the society. She will know various people to go to for help, in the rare case that she doesn't know herself.

Marshal: Lord Theodulfus Vindocladius Audax (David Kass)

The Marshal is in charge of combat-related activities. His charter is to promote all aspects of fighting; Heavy, Light, and Fence.

Captain of Archers: Lord Alexander (Alex Selth) 

The Captain of Archers is in charge of all things archery, both target and combat, under the direction of the College Marshal.

Captain of Fence: Lady FeiYin (Veronica Fung)

The Captain of Fence is in charge of all things fencing related, under the direction of the College Marshal.

Reeve: Lord Yorick Radgestr (Thomas Ng)

The Reeve is responsible for all the money that the College has influence in; organising funding from the University, and any purchases that the College wishes to make.

Hospitaller: Position Vacant (please contact the Seneschal) 

The Hospitaller is there to ease the intergration of newcomers into the SCA. See her to borrow garb and feasting gear, or to obtain sagely advice on such important matters as manners.

Chronicler: Lord Sigvald (Alex Selth)

The Chronicler is the one who compiles the College newsletter: The Ivory Tower. He keeps in contact with the chroniclers throughout the Kingdom: ask him for event information. He also keeps track of all decisions made by the Regnum during meetings.

Constable: Position vacant (please contact the Seneschal) 

The Constable looks after general safety and security at events, takes care of lost property, is responsible for seeing that all attendees sign the indemnity forms required by the SCA Australia Inc., and encourages people to maintain a period appearance at events.

Web Mistress: Lady Rosalind the Nameless (Yael Bornstein)

The Web Mistress runs the ursula.lochac.sca.org domain, website, and email list.
